just got a report back from my boys on how well it worked at our regular Saturday pancakes house.

I tried a case of his juice about 8-10 years ago.
Don't remember what it was called, but recall it was a non butyl , non frUit juice .
It was pretty damn good as I recall

I call it a 175 in a bottle. No need to carry a 175 up stairs as long as you have some on the truck. Speaking of it, I need to order some.

Ive smelled it, smelled like sodium metasilicate and Butyl, both of those things together will clean anything.
