What product do you use for filtration lines?

There are a number of Soil Filtration removers...I actually have a number of them...and every soil line is different and sometimes, we just do the best we can with extra prespray (Saiger's Sauce 1) or some Harvard Dezolvall and water...but you just are taking chances with damaging baseboard, damaging paints...we don't promise to get them perfect or make them better....

So when they look a little better, everyone is feeling better :)

Look at the back wall....cold wall...furnace poof back I would say, but also just cold weather causing that to build up sometimes.

I have even seen electric base board heaters product that much black and soot on walls...
