The info is based on a 36 month term. We have principal only payoff available as well, meaning at any time during contract you can pay off the contract at principal balance.

Buy an E-Tes and you can be the go to restoration company in your area. NOT. That is what the slick salesmen from Interlink told me when I bought mine at Connections about 5 years ago. I've used it twice since then.
