Easiest way to make rusted nuts and bolts like new again?

I thought I saw a video here on making rusted nuts and bolts like new again?
I don’t have many so I’d Like to use the same n&b’s around the TM, van shelving, bass tracker boat, etc.
I know the easiest is probably to replace. Other then that, is there an easy dip in and out way or spray to rejuvenate again?

donno if you want to go to the expense , but a vibratory tumbler will clean stuff up.
with different tumbling media, you clean up rusted parts to polishing pistol brass (what mine is dedicated to)



Think these are like $50 bukz at Harbor Freight

doesn't get much "easier "
pour in media, toss in parts, button it up, turn it on and go mow the lawn and weed the garden while it works
