You WON"T be disappointed! When hitting an oil spot, go stronger on dilution, then scrub using a deck brush,you will see the oil rise in the foam. let dwell 15 minutes and flush.
You will still see the "Spot". Let dry and it goes away... The stuff is IMHO the best out there, right now...
