Employee daily tasks?

I have a new part timer tech that is becoming full time this week. I want to give him some tasks to do other than what we do at jobs (which he does a good job at). Other than washing trucks, organizing inside trucks, restocking chems, keeping equipment clean and lint free, what else do you guys do with your techs. I know it may be hard to always enforce these things, but I want to make sure I'm going the right route with this.

Give him a mop and cleaning supplies, hAve him clean your house and do laundry haha

good for you Bill, sounds like your growin nicely! I'm not even close to having a full time tech.

Have him work hard for you, then reward his hard wok with a good pay check, and once in awhile , a pat on the back. If he back talks you, just a wack with a bambo stick to keep him in line.
