Encap Guys,
I have a new 17 inch brush pro and this Encap cleaner.
Wondering what your thoughts are on this product and if it’s sufficient to pre-treat commercial carpet, scrub out with the brush pro, speed dry and vacuum.
It looks like ideally you’re supposed to pre-vacuum, then pre-treat agitate with the CRB and then post Bonnet?
I’m a longtime 30yr hot water extraction guy but I have some commercial jobs where this would really help on worker fatigue and time.

Any tips or suggestions like best Encap product much appreciated.

TIA

Aa crb doesn't do much with encapsulation if you ask me.. if if you're just there to go through the motions and get rid of a couple of spots but no heavy embedded traffic lanes or grease, you may pull it off.

The CRB has its place. As an encap machine? No.

You need either a Cimex or an OP machine.

As Kenny said above, Release It, or Saigers or Vacaway. Tops does make excellent machines, but the encap juice doesn’t work that well, and smells like baby bum cream…

If you want to get serious about chewing through lots of SQFT, get one, or both of the machines above….

As an added point, Tops makes an excellent spotter though….
