Recently took over cleaning some common hallways in a condo complex...

We HWE'd the first time & the last 2 cleanings we Padcapped, treasurer of the HOA calls & complains that we skipped a few floors because the carpet were dry when she got home from work, the last cleaner left it wet for a couple of day...he used fans & put down paper so since I left it dry I need to come back & redo it because I did something wrong.

 Just cant win sometimes (Million dollar condo units in Beverly Hills)

Did it not LOOK clean? I always make sure to "reodorize" carpets that won't be VISUALLY striking when the customer first sees them. Have it smell clean.

Carpets look awesome & we used Wham from Vac Away for its "pleasant scent"

Tomorrow we clean & seal the stone floor in the lobby...cant wait to hear something foolish like "I liked the dirty look better".

I have heard that on a couple of VCT jobs before that had not been stripped for years. Customer forgot what the tile looked like when it was clean, sometimes you can't win

To quote my favorite Sheriff's Deputy ... "What I think we have here is a failure to communicate."

Cleaner & drier carpets was one of the major selling points & why were are charging 50% more then the hack...problem was the president of the HOA hates the rest of the board & doesn't really talk with them.
