If you were going to get some new equipment for encap what would you get and why?

I'm thinking of getting a brush pro and a cimex. Or would I be better off getting 2 brush pros?

One of each, the cimex is great for wide open areas.

Never used a crb for encap but it looks like it would be better for cubicles and tight areas in general.

I see no mention of using a 175/300 rpm buffer so I'll add that for max sq ft cleaning.

Or is encrap really cleaning or is it smearing in the dirt?

Dribble, foam, scrub/smear, blend. Oh, then run. I personally like Scrub-n-Run.

I can put some serious damage on comm. glue down with my 175. It's slow, maybe 900 sq. per hour sometimes 1000. Cimex would be nice but even nicer would be a serious wide area vacuum cleaner. Our choices in wide vacs has shrunk in recent years. On most commercial that doesn't get vacuumed I'd say powerful/fast vacuum cleaner first, then 175 then Cimex then accounts then Chimps.
