I actually do warranty work for a local rental franchise. People rent the machine, screw up the carpets, call the company to complain and they send me to fix it.

I have one myself tomorrow. She said she cleaned it with a rug doctor over a week ago she said her carpet is still wet and looks horrible. She wants me to fix it. I just rolled my eyes.

Get a sign off release against mold and mildew damage, then encap loaded with Saigercide. I dont want to add anymore moisture to the carpet and i want to mix Saigercide with my polymer encap juice just to piss you guys off.
