Go and buy supplies with his own money.
and, and he didnt even tell you.

Crazy, this kid went and spent $50 out of his own pocket and didnt even put in for a reimbursement. When i asked why, he said " well you're the boss and i look out for you" :eekk:

What a great guy, this is unbelievable.
Works 2 jobs 70 hours week, no baby momas, SAVES every penny and invests it.
Only in his mid 20's.

10 more like him and we can take over the world, the world!!!

Give that kid a raise so you don't lose him.

I'd take him to lunch and let him know how much he means to the company and that you want to start training him more and if he can grasp it and wants to advance you can see him as management material.

Pretty inspiring to see someone working so hard to get ahead in life. Have a ton of respect for him.

Sometimes it seems like everyone under 30 is a slacker but its just a numbers game. Have to keep combing through all the rejects to find the gems.

I think he's doing jobs on the side.

My pops could tell if the guys were doing "side jobs" by their chemical usage... Buying chems without getting reimbursement sounds like he's getting "reimbursed" in other ways... That or he's from San Fran, I'd watch my back.....

Yes after 35 years I am a bit skeptical. Trust can only be earned over a period of time. I just had a 6 year office manager quit. My wife and I worked with her every day. She cried when she turned in her resignation. 6 months later filed for unemployment. Said one of our employees sexually harassed her over a 2 year period. If you knew the guy you would see how improbable that is. Plus I have remote video of my office and shop and never saw anything. You just don't know what people will do.

why is he buying supplies anyways? You don't provide your employees with the necessary tools to do a good job? Give your chimp the proper supplies ya hack!

P.S. Sounds like a good guy, give him a raise ;)
