Only decent product of theirs is Bac-Out, but I still don't find any need to use it. Actually it works good for cleaning the shower tile.

The Fiber Glow Liquid (never tried the powder) is useless and just a foam generator.

The Pre-Spray is only good for very lightly soiled carpet with the one exception that it does well with pet stains but other products work better and actually have some cleaning power.

I tried the products, and didn't think they had the power. Never tried the backout. If their products don't kill ya, the over-work from trying to clean with them will! I kinda liked the "No chem" aspect of the products, but I really didn't give them enough evaluation time, I guess. If Gary Heacock says they're good....they're good. His advise is very respected in the CC world.....at least ours here on the BB.

I do use Procyon, and many here don't think that it's a viable product.

Planet Guard is a better prespray. Bac Out is very good. The Soy cleaning products fron BioKleen are very good as well. I dont use the FiberGlow.

their POG may leave a ring around the stain you just removed. Use a water base pog instead.

I like their Fiber Glow. To me, it works as well as anything else, and their ingredient list is great for marketing. It is a little foamy, though.

The biggest hint I can give on using BOK products is to ignore the labeling. You have to use way more product than the say. PreSpray must be 4 oz per RTU or more.

Bac out is great for - Upholstery pre-spray - especially on cottons, linens and such. It's very much a "do no harm" product. Expensive but worth it in my opinion. Customers love it. Also good as a "do no harm" spotter for food, wine, pet spots. It's magic on cat vomit. Actually it's kind of weird how well it works on it. It just vanishes. (or maybe the dog ate it?)

Fiber glow powder is okay as a rinse, but it's foamy. It has a lot of sodium percarbonate in it, which I believe is doing most of the heavy lifting. And not very strong. I don't normally use rinses so I don't use it at all anymore.

Fiber glow liquid is good as a pre-spray, but you have to boost it with some Sodium percarbonate to get it to work well. You will need lots. They sell an oxy-bleach. It is reasonably priced. I recommend at least 1 oz per gallon of RTU. You will also have to boost with either their citus soy solvent or another citrus product if there is the carpet is even slightly oily.

Personally I think it works reasonably well on most carpet if properly boosted, and rinsed with a really hot machine.

The POG must be followed with some sort of detergent to rinse out the solvent. It works slowly but well on gum and and oddly enough some wax. A small bottle of it goes a very, very long way.

All that said, I have switched over to Planet Guard prespray. for many of my jobs. I still keep some on board for the truly chemically sensitive and regular customers how have become accustomed to it.

Bio Kleen products are my main cleaning agents but......

I only use them on lightly soiled carpets, if the homes have small children or the custy in chemically sensitve. My custys love the slight to non-scent.

Bac Out is too weak--- correction- takes too long to work- say two weeks. When possible I prefer CTI's Odor Zyme. it works faster.

POG--- Use ONLY on tar, paint or gum. Black spots will reappear in about 2 weeks if you don't rinse EXTREMELY well. After the original spot is removed I rinse again after
I apply CTI's CSS. I am switching to a water soluble POG.

Traffic lane cleaner-- Works well but not for heavly soiled carpets. I like this product because it also has light odors killers. I add CT'S Prozyme when I want a higher Ph.

Fiber Rinse Liquid-- It may help a little but most of the cleaning is done by the pre-spray.

Fiber Rinse Powder--- A sediment would clog my jets, and filters so I stopped using it.

Bac-Out is used as my main spotter for all beverages,urine,fecal,ect...-smells great
Fiber glow: powder as my rinse. Haven't noticed any foaming issues,I guess I don't have it metered as others.
Tlp: by itself it is mild (but then again what do you expect...a nuclear cocktail?) I do boost it with their oxy clean product as well as their soy solvent when needed.

Alot of people come on here and say that biokleen's products simply don't work( comparing apples to oranges) but I have to simply disagree. After many years of use the results speak for themselves and I go with what works. Maybe its because I give it more dwell time than others,I don't know.

Test them out for yourself and make up your own mind.

I was given a free container of Planetguard's prespray last week at Jon Don to try out so I can't compare it to BK
