Still a fair sized job just not like theaters some of us go too.

250 stairs

If could have tore into it not waiting for people... Very few people... To get out of the Theatres we would have had it all done in about 2 hours.

But with wait time 3 hours.

We make good money on this though.

Most theaters here Clean maybe 1 time a year and want it lowball price
As some guy will come in for cheap.
I usually get 100$ per theater and that ncludes all other carpet.
For example 15 room theater would be 1500$......
But some guys have been undercutting me lately..

I think this is around a discounted rate of.28 cents per sq foot and around $2.50 per step.

It is my brothers account really....we are just the "film extras"

Sounds like around 3000$ for the job.....
Any theater around here rarely will go over 1000$
I have done them for 1500-1700$ but that was for 15 plus screens
Just bid on 2 ... 1 had 10 theaters And just had it cleaned...I bid for 1500$...
And he looked at me like the oth r guy did for less than 1000$
Carpet looked bad like it hadn't even been cleaned...
Guess he got what he paid for
