FCC or Mark - website image query?

Hi Fred, Mark or whoever can assist.

On one of my sites, Carpet Services Ltd the primary top image doesn't show on smart phones eg my iPhone.

I'm not too concerned about the background.

Any suggestions why?

To be honest, I didn't realise that the header image was essentially part of the background image.

Maybe if the image is too large, like you say it doesn't load on mobile devices.
