Shawn York is once again the full owner of Vortex LLC. What he does with his company remains to be scene. It is my opinion that it will go the way of the Dodo but I could be wrong. I hope I am.
Blueline is no longer involved other than to sell parts and cover warranty issues of the unit they made.
Aerotech is still in business and can help you out with UD models such as the 777, 720, 6008 and the 7000/UD versions.
