Filing a lawsuit today

a Contractor slept with a female customer in exchange for the carpet cleaning job. Since i clearly can't take my 65% of the payment, I've decided to sue her until payment is made....... shiteatinggrin j.k.

but seriously, we stopped giving him work.

Got a call from the customer. She wasn't happy with the carpet cleaning. It was marked as cancelled by the contractor. The customer told us that she worked out an "non-financial arrangement" with the tech. Ivebeensold I confronted the contractor and he admitted to it.

LOL- already consulted with my attorney. Thanks though.

Basically: We refused to reservice the job as she clearly hired him on the "side" as she made payment in a non-traditional manner. Technically if pressed, this could be considered a form of prosititution (barter), and would have far more legal problems for her than us. We record all calls so we have her admission on file
