When and how often should we be replacing filters?

After every job?

Same for LGR and air scrubbers?

On the hepa 500's do you remove both the stage 1 and stage 2 filters on every job?

Depends on what we are using them on.

Fire & Mold replace primary & secondary filter every job and HEPA once a year unless nasty then the HEPA is charged off to that job.

Water, depends on the contaminants on the job, sheet rock dust, yes every job, no visible contaminants.... honestly not until it gets visibly dirty. HEPA once a year.

Debris filter gets cleaned every normal job, first stage filter get checked and replaced if necessary also check your hepa And replace as necessary.

We don't do real mold jobs just 25 square feet or less and we dispose of all filters after the job.
