Filtration soiling

What is the best or in your opinion, at removing those pesky filtration soiling. I've been using the 02 ps, but that ain't cutting so far...

Along the walls in always tuff. Under the door fels works just about every time.

I don't know if it is the very best filtration stain remover, but I bring into every job Steam Way First Action Spotter. It is a pretty good all around spotter and works well enough on filtration stains too. A little foaming action but easily rinses out.

Fred made a key point. The composition of filtration soil varies from job to job. SOme that I have found work well include Bridgepoint's Filter Free; CTI's FSR (Filtration Soil Remover), extra concentrated mix of almost any prespray that is heavy on solvents. Also the Fels, but that is very difficult to rinse and will resoil.

The problem is that it is going to reappear because you haven't fixed the problem. Make sure you rinse extremely well and don't scratch the walls as you're doing it. Any residue left behind will cause even faster resoiling. I have used the filter out that Scott suggests as well as Prochem's filtration products and they do work but not in all situations. You are probably not going to remove 10 years of filtration soiling in 1 fels swoop.

Fels does not resoil if rinsed.


We gone through at least 100 cakes since the boards brought it to the industry. We would know..

Get a PMF edger with the MB inspired plastic tip if you see a lot of it..
