well there it is for now, need to finish other side, get some 2x4s and 2x8 for new anchor points, make a shelf like in my trailer (ill post that pic later) get some hooks up, and put a nice looking wood trim on the roof, its to heavy to hold up with just screws, would look like crap...

Looking good. Some of the V guys should look into that insulation.

That round stainless tank, where did you get it?. Does it hold up under pressure?

Albert, that stainless tank is the propane heater for the TM.. It works up to 4000 psi I believe..It is from silver eagle http://www.silverhawke.com/carpetcleaner.htm

The guy I bought it from put a new engine one in at around 200 hrs, it now has 920 hrs and it went down in the fall...

So I said bag it I have the big boy heater, and i only kept the blower one to

A. take the chill of the water before it hits the burner
B. I am guessing it is part of the silencer stuff..and I really dont want to mess with it now...Maybe a engine side exchanger and a new blower later..or a new machine..

what are the box walls made from?
What was the material you sided the walls with?
I'll be fixing up a box similar to that in a couple weeks.

The interior??? is like 1/4" coated masonite...I think is what its called
exterior is fiberglass reinforced plywood FRP I think its called..

The insulation is the pink stuff from home depot..this is the 1" thick stuff they have 3/4 or 2" as well...the 1" has a R-value of 10

I checked lowes but their selection sucked something fierce
