Mikey - I recently color sealed a floor just like the one in the picture. Used Delorean Gray and it looked brand new. But the pattern of the tiles really screwed with getting a good rhythm going and it took me longer than I thought it would. I've upped my pricing for a floor like that to $3/sqft. What did you charge for that job?
