This first one will be a small but cozy 25x25 ft by 10 ft door opening and enough to house two big trucks side by side With some shelving along the sides.

Is it just for a garage and some shelving or are you also going to use it as a shop for rugs/carpet?

I am building this one as a temp garage as I am demolishing the garage we currently use to enlarge it to 35x40. Upon completion of the main garage this one getting built now, will house two big trucks and storage.

No rugs for now, enough restoration and cleaning to keep us busy right now.
