I have never run 4 to the door. been running 2.5 for 7 years. Honestly, You need performance but you also need good production rates and that includes set up times. set up / breakdown should be very quick and efficient. You dont make money doing either so make it quick or change the process, 4 to the door is neither. thats my opinion.

I think I'd rather do 2 short 2" hoses off the TM to a Y that goes out to a 2.5" cuff. If I didn't have a 2.5 inch inlet, of course.

We have about 5 large partment complexes that we clean in 4 days each august. We run the HOSS and go through over 300 gallons of water each day.:eekk: In those sitaution we were running 2 filters with a Y so we didnt have to stop as much to change them out. Event that is a PIA, the rest of the year we run 1 filter which is plenty of suck, especially with Tom's newest filter design.

you should back light the grill and around the gears with green LED's so at night it looks like a face. :)

now if Tom would finish my secret project he's been working on for 3 years...:hopeless:
I may just ship the one I have been using to let you give it a try Mike, I personally really like it.

I have been using it and I can say my pre spray consumtion has went down, it will hold three gallons and spray it all out on one charge.

I have actually went from one small job decent sized 2 bedroom apt to the next and sprayed out the next job on one tank, @ 900-1100 sf of carpet, you can't spray out all of it then wand, I spray two rooms or so then start to wand, and just keep spraying a little bit ahead to give it a little dwell time.

The nice thing is not having to disconnect to spray like with a HF sprayer, it works best with two guys as one can spray and scrub while the other wands.

I will talk to Tim after he gets back from Canada and see if we can speed this up a bit, but we are really working on the NO NAME as of right now. ......

It is coming out flipping awesome can't wait till we roll of the line with a finished product.
