Nice Video Mike. I to have switched to flex on most of my tile cleaning. It is not harsh like the Zep and doesn't suds up near as bad and leaves practically no residue. I even am substituting about 1/3 flex for my concrete power washing jobs. I like the Flex, I Like it A Lot!!

I have a tile detailing wand with a wire brush border.

The steel and brass bristle brushes I've used leave metal particles in the grout that don't easily blast out.

I see the metal slush as well but it come RIGHT off for us.

did you scrub the tile first or just sprayed flex and let dwell?

I scrubbed a few areas on that one Ron.

Probably wasted my time.

We cleaned it a few years back and sealed it good
