Pretty sure I am gonna order a Pail of this stuff along with a 5gal bucket a AFR today.

I still use O2 + S&G an Just finished placing a refill order, Its that time of year, gettin ready : )

However, I like to keep a variety on board and occasionally mix it up a little, using different products for different situations.

Is Flex w Citrus Crackhouse approved and do you use an Acid rinse or jus water?

Yes Chris good stuff. If you are high flow the just fresh water rinse will work, but if you are running normal or low flow then yes it needs an acid to completely rinse out.

I use it a lot. Similar set up to you, I think. 6 flow wand and PTO. I almost always use an acid rinse with deodorizer for a little wow factor. The ladies love a nice smelling scent that will linger for a bit. I've been using Spice Air and am switching to Spring Morning this week due to the change in season. Both products are from Bridgepoint and I get comments all the time on how great they smell. We build deodorizer into our standard pricing as an added value. It's very cheap when you just add a bit to your rinse.

Why use Flex over BioBreak? I used several containers of Flex but got better results with BioBreak. Is it based on fiber type?
I keep BioBreak with Citrus on the truck, as well. BioBreak gets crazy foamy with the addition of sodium percarb. Flex with Citrus does not.

d'lim / citrus usually calms the sp storm. Maybe sp added to BioBreak attacks the the bios, like peroxide on a wound.

Scott?

I've gone through probably 15 buckets and only use softened water rinse with no problems. Add a little when tile cleaning and pressure washing as well.

We use S&G + O2 and our guys love it. I've personally used FLEX and have no real complaints.

You mister : )

I love S&G, just refilled for the spring : )

How does the Flex compare?
And does it have a distinctive odor?

S&G works wonderful, but ya gotta deodorize as it has no smell.
Trust me, i got my first call back because of it, on a empty apt too : (

Flex with citrasolve has a nice orange scent whilst being applied and cleaning yet does not have any smell once cleaned out of the carpet.

Thats some of the things I am looking at.

For faster bang downs on these apts, i don wunna walk back in to deodorize.

comes down to RTU cost as well.
S&G is very good, but the thimble full pr 137 gallons of water RTU is unrealistic
(yea I know I'm being a sarcastic sum'beoich)
But the point remains

Only one way you'll find out, Scooter
do side by side on same room, same traffic lane/soil level split in two.
Do it on a couple/three different carpets types and soil types too when/if possible ...then you'll "know" and not have to take anyone's word for it

now get to it and order some
do it
DO IT NOW!!!
