Don’t have to go to Texas for big ass flood.
One of my schools caught 8” in the basement which is the library, computer room, pre K area.
Wall to wall. I was on the verge of calling Chavez
or Michael Dealtime!😬 I knew Richard wasn’t doing anything important. I sucked water for 2
days and even fell down😏 Somebody help me!

Lockhart would be there within hours with hundreds of pieces of equipment if you need him.

You can always call me for free advise.

I’m booked out 3 weeks and just got slapped in the face today with 3 apartments flooded from a busted hose on a washing machine. I just got home about 10 and I had to reschedule tomorrow’s morning job so I can finish the demo and walk the customer through my process

Me too. I had 3 floods going. On the largest, I extracted, got it down to bare ground which took 2 days. They’re getting Serv Pro to do the rest. All the wet items. Walls are cut and I didn’t do it. I’m up against it as it is. I cleaned carpet myself till 10 last night. I’m working like Damon😏 My 14yr old helped me last night, he said I was stinky all night.

Servpro is actually pretty good...for a bunch of blind fools off the street. 😉

And I don’t give a shit if you know what I mean. Good, bad, or indifferent🤷🏼‍♂️ I’ll bill em for what I’ve done and already moved on. At 70, I’ll finish it, or let someone else. 3 floods pushed in my schedule I wasn’t expecting.

Man, Serv Pro set equipment today. That will probably cost more than the whole building’s
worth😏
Some, not all of those guys give the whole industry a black eye.

I'd like to know if they send in a team to monitor drying and reposition equipment through the Holiday weekend.

I bet money they loaded it up and won't be back until Tuesday. 🙄

They did! They covered the whole basement with equipment, wall to wall. No need to reposition. Looks like a semi brought it. At least 2 box trucks.

I'm assuming, there's 4 air movers per wall, 2 Dehus per 12X12 room, and a hepa filter for each room also?

I wonder how the insurance adjusters treat those situations when there's too many on the job.

Charge by the gallon of water removed. Square feet x height of water in inches / 12 inches x 7.48 = gallons of water in structure.

The S-500 spells out how much equipment should be on a job.
