FMS SM Question

I haven't gotten a chance to talk to Joe yet, but I did speak to Jamie @ SM, and as I finished imputing older clients say from 6-24+ months, when do these "new clients" get shown on my FMS dashboard for cards to be sent out? I know Joe told me to call them up and do a reboot, but I want to make sure that the previous clients also get notified depending on which month their acquisition date was set should tell SM to proceed with the FMS, right?

I approved my first order, but there are a ton more new and old clients that I'd like to target as well. That's basically where I'm getting at.

I'm pretty sure you can add whomever you want to whichever list right before you approve it. Not sure, I'll have to look.

SM FMS will do the reminders from the job done date not the acquisition date.

Yes, in the approve order area, click on the number of customers in the list
You can add on the next screen whichever client you want to whichever list.

Thanks, but I think i might be slow...on my screen when i click on the number of customers(it shows 5 for example), it doesn't give me any options to add more clients.

Most of the past job completions have the same acquisition date or within a few days after.

Under pending orders. After you click the FMS tab.
under accounts, it will have the number of customers in each reminder section.
Click on that number
The next screen will have a Add / XRemove / Set DNC

When you click on "Add" it will take you to your accounts screen and you add them from there.



If you go through the wizard it is on the "Review" screen.
