Foot Prints on tile

Come on tiger, you're going to have to be way more specific than that..

Let's start with what type of tile and did you walk your pre-spray or rinse off onto it

I'm going to guess either etching or topical coating damage..

I had a similar situation after using Tsunami. Although I thought I rinsed it well, apparently I needed to rinse some more. Just wet mopped the floor and it solved the problem. I was using a turbo hybrid at 1000 psi for rinsing. Probably went too fast.

It was ceramic tile and I pretreated brushed the grout then rinsed going in and back out with 1100 psi water.

Did your prespray have sodium percarbonate in it? If so, it's harder to rinse out on tile. That's probably what the footprints are

I don't know what the footprints look like, I cleaned my way out and it did not have any on the floor when I left. The customer called and said their footprints were on the floor.

Did you ask her to wipe them with a wet microfiber cloth?
