With the sound of rap music in the backround, that waste water probably cleaned up some of the scum........

this was posted a long time ago.
Used to be ok to dump on the grass here as long as it was about 90ft from any ditch or flowing water.
Now we dump in the sewage, which Victoria just dumps to deep water untreated. Go figure
Just to keep it out of the surface water where algal blooms could grow
