It says one room up to 150 sq. ft.
I often clean the entry area for free and that always gets me the account.

I have been extremely lucky with giving away free cleanings.
If they just order the freebie I am perfectly fine with it. I usually get a testimonial and or referals from them.

I've been offering a free room for a bit now. I tell them to "Ask how to get a free room carpet cleaning".
They need to clean 2 rooms to get the third room free. Working out pretty well.

I wouldn't be able to ask my Techs to go out and just clean the one room. If I were on the truck, I probably would do it and play on the heart strings of the housewifey. 8)

This is working with no need to tug on heart strings! Just be a pro and do the honest thing and they will almost always buy more.

I did a job yesterday from the video for $137 after giving a free room and booked a second job estimated over the phone at $300.

Not bad for only being up for a few days without paying to promote it!
