I'm sorry, I'm a big windbag.
Too many words confused you. The last company was busy, and had good customers, but I had no support from owners. I moved onto knew company, with full support from owners, but no customers or good rep for carpet cleaning.
My focus will be high end, I just hate doing an "OK" job, when I know it can be excellent, and I can't do Excellent for low end customers for low end prices.
