OK, I got my tank and FloJet pump. The next question is where to put the pump. Should I pump from the tank to the water softener, or pump already treated water to the machine? I can't see why there would be a difference, but thought I'd make sure first.

Water from house --> Softener --> Tank --> Pump to machine

Water from house --> Tank -->Pump to Softener --> To machine

I go straight into the softener and from the softener into the tank.......
so every drop that goes in and out of the fresh water tank and the truck is softened water..........

I have not put a single hole in the fiberglass...........

the star bolt that are all around the top, bottom and the sides holding the fiber glass panels on the truck are 1/4....20 bolts..........
I just bought longer ones and hung hooks on them........

as far as insulating it.......
what I would do is get 1/2 inch Styrofoam and put it up and then get 1/4 inch white mar-lite and hang it over the foam.....then you can drill as many hole in it and not worry about the fiber glass..........

you will do 2 things..........insulate the side and help sound prof it at the same time......
