What difference in fuel consumption can I expect with a Sapphire 570 vs a 370.

If fuel economy differential is an issue, remember the performance you get out of it.

Like Lee says, fuel cost is inconsequential compared to the difference in heat and vacuum performance.

Maybe a half gallon? I believe the Apex 570 approx 1.5 gallons per hour and the 370 is about a gallon.
