Fuel rap kit

Can anyone tell me where I can get a fuel tap kit for a 2018 Nissan NV3500 van?

I'd call tranferflow to get the correct model number for my application and then look around with that number

I see what I think will work but I don't know enough about them to be sure....plus there is quite the markup
