Fuel System Tap

I have a 2007 chevy van, I need to have the tank tapped for my truckmount. Not one person is willing to do this because of Fed emissions regulations. Any idea's on how I'm supposed to get this done? I'm completely in the dark on this.

Thanks for any replies, I would like to figure this out and get it done before Monday.

If you have any mechanical abilities at all it can be done in about 45 minutes to an hour. The kits we get have step by step instructions and are very simple to do. Most suppliers should be able to get you one.
