I used this stuff made by fosters they sell it @ jon don I think. It goes on like paint, its smurf blue,
and it contains silver to keep mold from re growing. After we sealed up the job with that the mold
hygienists came by took a sample and we passed with flying colors. Hopefully it works for years to come
that's the idea of it.

Look into fogging Fosters 40-20. Works great, can use to seal duct work too.

I would probably use Fosters, it's spec'ed by a lot of IH's in their protocol. Their are probably better products out there but Fosters is one of the most readily available.

Back in the Mold hey day we use to spray Aegis, it was a great product, but as mold work declined we quit being an applicator.
