Furniture or Upholstery?

I'll chime on this one. I prefer to say "upholstery" to keep consumers thinking textiles (not leather, not vinyl) and not overall furnishings. It's just my opinion but I think the word upholstery causes folks to think a bit because it's not a common word. I want them to think a little exclusivity on the subject without getting too technical and it's well deserved; cleaning upholstery is technical and valuable.

older people, the ones who still have their phone number listed in the phonebook, relate to the word "furniture" over upholstery.
Of course they relate to "Herculon" and "audomen" and "$39.95 per sofa" too. :)
