I've just completed FSRT with Gary downunder in New Zealand.

Gotta say I loved the course. Second time round so maybe not as challenging as the first time, BUT Gary knows his stuff!!

Great mix of head knowledge and practical experience to draw on.

Great balance of learning with a light hearted atmosphere.

Great ability to involve the class and their questions and experiences without running way behind on the coverage of the course.

Also, even though he works for unsmoke, he demonstrated and spoke about a wide range of products, mainly those supplied by the supplier that sponsered the course, but not limited by that either.

I enjoy Gary's teaching style. He is down to earth, passionate about what he believes in, but hasn't a trace of conceit.

I'm glad you've had the opportunity to learn from him.

I like Gary he's a good instructor and a great guy! The guy can eat fire....well almost.

We took him out to dinner when he was here for training and he kept asking the waitress for the hottest sauce they had. His face lit up red but he said it was good!
