Home depot has them. They are better and safer than bungees. They come in different colors and lengths.

I get them from Home Depot....securing items in van....also to extend my hose hook..hold nylon stocking on my drain hose..keep upholstery tool hoses rolled up

Yes, sometimes the hooks are a liability.
