General carpet sanitizing

What are your favorite products and/or methods of general carpet sanitizing? Let's assume there are no specific odor problems but a fastidious customer requests carpet sanitizing.

Mine is Bio-Kleen!!!

Assuming your unit gets hot enough then the high temps would act as a sanitizer killing odor causeing bacteria. Then if they want to spend the extra cash then a microban overspray raked in would be great.
