General Pump rated @ 3.5 GPM

I have a Pro chem 4 jet wand with 95015 jet. This would be rated at 6 GPM. Everything seems to be running OK so far. I usually run about 500 psi to 800 psi.

Would the High Flow demand damage the pump?
Am thinking about going to more flow also

Stick your wand in a bucket for 60 seconds....it'll be a fraction of that "6 gpm" number.

After that, you'll be swapping those 015 jets for 03s thinking you aren't putting down enough water.

i checked my 4 03s at 700 psi ATM...was 1.25 gallons...

you have to remember that is the MAX that pump will do...I was hoping for a combo of high pressure and high GPM, but while talking to a pump guy, he told me you rarely get the 2 together..also depends on whats running it and how much HP you have to spare for it

Four 015 jets may total "6" but that is not the same as 6 GPM. Gallon per minute flow depends upon the pressure, length of hose and other plumbing concerns.

You will not be putting out anywhere near 6 GPM if you are operating in the 400 to 500 PSI range.

No worry about the pump keeping up. Just make sure your vacuum set-up is worthy of the flow rate.
