Getting out wrinkles on a sofa

1) What do you find to be the easiest way to get wrinkles out of a sofa that was shrink wrapped.

2) Do you use some of the live steamers that they use at department stores to get wrinkles out of clothing items?

3) If so, do you actually let the steam outlet wand directly touch the fabric or more of a steam misting without directly touching it?

4) Which machine works best for you?

Yes, you use the live steam only. Don't touch the metal tool to the fabric. I find that brushing with a slim jim brush while steaming improves the process. Don't use too stiff a brush.
