Any legal concerns for a gift give away?

Wanting to keep both vans bust in the winter months I have ideas for a drawing give way.

Any laws I need to be concerned about?

If I do it, it will not be till after the new year.

Value about $500.00

Yes....depending on the format/state/etc......assuming its a "raffle"

Only a bona fide charitable or nonprofit organization with a purpose that meets the criteria listed in RCW 9.46.0209 is allowed to conduct raffles within this state.


Can I give way tickets?

NO.

probably loopholes though

got to be loop holes, I get door prize tickets at any CAD I go to.
