1000psi no rinse agent, flex with citrus solve, rinse thoroughly, speed dry, do not dwell on one spot. And if its really bad scrub with brush pro 20 before you extract, dwell time is 15 min putting the flex down hot.

My wife's gym has a similar floor except it's the oak look. i haven't needed to clean it yet because she's a clean freak. I love that look when its porcelain. Makes for a beautiful floor. I'm starting to see more and more of it.
