I first heard of Black & Decker's 18vt hand vac when Shawn "Da Brain" Forsythe posted a consumer product testing report.

I bought one shortly after seeing that report.
It's been a very good little hand vac.
MUCH better than the hand full of dust buster type POS hand vacs I've bought in the past.

I had to pic up a few things at Home Depot yesterday and saw they had them for $15 bucks!!!

That's a GREAT price.
Every where else sells them for $59 to $69.
(I paid $49 for the first one I bought)
I bought another last night.

if have a need for a cordless hand vac, go get one.
You won't be disappointed

BTW, I bought another Bissel vac to try.
It's the Momentum model.
I "think" it's the one Aaron mentioned some months ago.

It's a bit different than the Powerforce's I know and love.
It's "supposed" to more friendly to lack of suction as filters get dirty.

haven't taken it out of the box yet.
I'll let ya'll know how it compares in a few months

but go get that B&D hand vac if you use those cordless hand vacs

It's "meAt" approved and good to go

I got a Ryobi 18V hand vac. Its real handy when your drilling air holes in drywall to vac up the dust at the same time.

I had one of those, John

It came in a combo tool kit.
I pitched it

get the B&D and you'll toss that Ryobi dust buster in the trash

BTW, i have a TON of Ryobi tools and love 90% of them.
I also have Bosch, Dewalt, Porter Cable, Rigid, Bostich and Milwaukee tools

For the money, Ryobi tools are a great value
(did ya'll know Craftsman tools are Ryobi?)
