Google listing poof !

Hello everyone. I hope you are all healthy and hanging in there through this pandemic. Wondering if anyone is experiencing issues with google listings disappearing, having all reviews disappear or being marked as permanently closed.
I'm currently experiencing all three with different businesses.

Were you updating them and adding new content, or just letting them sit there?

We add content every few months, change pictures around etc. Plus we always have new reviews going up as we practically beg people to post them. Just weird to have these issues all at once.

I refused a strip n wax job last year. 30 year old tile with too much damage , customer wanted it to look like new. Next week people were telling me that I was permantly closed on google. Hmmm

I think the customer I didn't clean for , some how changed the google listing to permantly closed.

Yes, we have had good google reviews removed with no explanation in the past.
