The following is the PM I sent to Dave Yoakum. I'm impatient and he's busy, so I figure maybe you guys could help.
"So far I have claimed 7 listings for my business and still more exist. Why do I have so many listings? Can I just bring them all into the fold at once?
I think the problem is here:
We have a corporate office several blocks down from our main shop.
Our main shop down the block from the corporate office.
We have an office in Laurel (sister town) at the owners house
All of our mail goes to our post office box which is the address printed on all of our literature.
That's four addresses.
We have a main shop number and then carpet cleaning goes to my cell phone. We have a laurel shop number that is forwarded into the owners cell number.
That's 3 numbers
We go by B&B Disaster Restoration and claim we are open 24 hours
We go by B&B Carpet Cleaning and claim we are open Monday-Friday 8-5
I don't know who messed up the listings, but I just want two of them.
B&B Carpet Cleaning with our main shop address and our website plus our Restoration line as an alternate phone
B&B Disaster Restoration with our corporate address and our website plus carpet cleaning line as an alternate phone.
I have to stop claiming listings tonight because my on call guy is tired of giving me the code when the computer calls him. I guess seven of those codes is enough after dinner."
