How do you keep your local listings on the top of the list? mine were up to the top, and have fallen over a period of several months. Organic rankings are still kicking...

Make sure your profile is full and accurate, including pictures and videos.

Have your customers write reviews.

Put yourself in a lot of internet directories (yellow pages type, get ready to have salesmen call you).

Also, Join the BBB or other associations that Google tracks their memberships.

And look for "local" directories or register at the other web links that show up in other companies Google map listings after the reviews.

Remember : Don't do it too fast. A couple a month or so, or Google will put you in the penalty box.
