It is odd..
I'll search my listings from explorer, firefox, Chrome, my iphone, Safari..

Why do my listing not show consistently across the board?

2 reasons-

1. Your recent search history. It is better to delete you recent search history for it to be more accurate.
2. Depends which server your request was sent through and if it has been updated yet. All servers don't get updated at the same time.
