Simple...
Flea Stoppers.

This stuff works. It takes a couple of weeks for it to wind down the progression of hatching eggs. But after a couple of weeks the fleas will be gone and they won't return for at least a year. I've used it personally, and I wouldn't consider using anything else. It's a natural product too, so you're not adding crap to the home.

.

However lets not forget it is against the law to apply pesticides without a license in most states. Punishable by fine and jail time.

Rick,

I hope you are not promoting pest control to your Florida Customers. They take that shit serious here.

I've had pretty good success with a good cleaning, ie turtle style, then applying a flea spray that has a 6mths residual to kill the fleas as they hatch. The steam cleaning will cause most eggs to hatch and then they're toast.
The flea spray I buy from the local pet store, over the counter, and I tell the clients I'm not licensed for pest control so they pay me for the spray and I let them apply it.
