Got only 10 sq ft to clean today

How often does this happen? Yesterday my assistant got a call from a national company to go clean the entry carpet of Hobby Lobby. Turns out it is very little carpet, something like 10-20 sqft.. My assistant called me and asked if I would do this. I said I would for my $150 minimum and I need a credit card on file. She called them back and they said they would get back to us. I thought for sure we would never hear from them again. That is the point of my minimum charge, to weed out these types of jobs.

They ended up calling back and booking. I guess everyone else decided not to mess with it.

I will be applying Seal-A-Cobb to the carpet in an attempt to give them a little value for their money.

Well here I stand at the front door. Employees are locked in and can’t open the door for me. So I’m just looking at them through the glass like a lost puppy.

I did one dining room chair for $150 the other day. They called me 2 days later to do another one. Professional people who understand you can't out for nothing.
